DIRTY SEXY MONEY

Did you see it?

YES YES YES! The name says it all. Good thing is, this ABC hour lives up to its name, arriving as a wacky/kinky escapist saga of screwed-up rich folks and the down-to-earth family attorney/fixer hired to sort out their shenanigans and crazy-ness.

Variety of characters are in this TV series defining the moments -- From a drug dealer to an attorney to a paris hilton look-a-like to a politician who is having an affair with a transgender to a psycho priest. I would say Peter Krause (Six feet Under) and Sutherland are the standout performers. Even Armstrong, playing a Paris-esque party girl, finds a little bit of depth in her character.



Here is the synopsis:

"Some people say money is the root of all evil. They may be right. Nick George's (Peter Krause) whole life has been lived in the shadow of the Darling family, but as an adult he's leading the perfect life as an idealistic lawyer, until his father's suspicious death. The absurdly wealthy Darlings of New York have asked him to take over his father's job as their personal lawyer, but the money that will allow him the freedom to be an altruistic do-gooder is only part of the picture. That same money pulls him into the dubious doings of the Darling clan. Power, privilege and family money are a volatile cocktail."

Happy Harvest Moon Festival!

"Even though it is a tradition to eat moon cakes during the Mid-Autumn Festival, it is important to remember that even a small moon cake is the equivalent of a bowl of rice," Nutritionist Chen Pei-jung (陳珮蓉) for the health department said.

The health department reported that egg yolk pastries contain about 250 calories each while traditional moon cakes have up to 560 calories each. Chen suggested eating no more than a quarter of a moon cake in one sitting, explaining that the pastries are loaded with oil and sugar. She said that an average male's caloric intake should be around 2,000 calories and a female's 1,600 calories per day.

So the moral of this holiday is that if you eat too much mooncake your ass will be the size of the moon. Enjoy!

Penis Used and Abused!

Malaysia - JOHOR BARU: A 48-year-old Indonesian woman allegedly cut off her husband's penis out of jealousy after she discovered that he had devoted more attention to his second wife.

The Indonesian man, 43, was about to doze off next to his wife at a 'kongsi' for foreign construction workers in Taman Flora, Pulai, here at 11pm on Saturday when the incident occurred.

The wife then took out a knife and cut off her husband’s penis while shouting insults and accusations at him.

The victim’s loud screams of pain woke up other workers at the 'kongsi'. They rushed him to Kulai Hospital on seeing what had happened.

Nusajaya OCPD Supt Abd Aziz Ahmad said the doctors were able to reattach the victim's penis.

"He received 11 stitches and he was in the operating room for about six hours.

"Initial investigations revealed that the motive for the assault was jealousy," he said when contacted here on Monday.

Supt Abd Aziz said police had detained the wife and she would be investigated under Section 324 of the Penal Code for causing hurt with a weapon.

He added that police discovered that the husband had obtained a permanent resident status while both wives were still on working permits.

"We also learnt that the second wife is in her 30s and does not live in the same 'kongsi'," he said.

SEPTEMBER 11--A black West Virginia woman was sexually assaulted, stabbed, and tortured while being held captive by her white abductors, one of whom told her, "That's what we do to niggers around here." The 23-year-old victim was freed Saturday after cops responded to the home of Frankie Brewster for a "welfare check on a female that was reportedly being held against her will." When cops arrived, Brewster claimed she was the only one home, but then the victim limped to the door and said, "Help me." According to six harrowing criminal complaints, the woman, who apparently had been held for more than a week, had four stab wounds in her left leg, bruised eyes, and had been repeatedly sexually assaulted and humiliated. The woman told police that she was forced to lick Brewster's "toes, vagina, and anal cavity." Brewster's son Bobby forced the woman to eat dog and rat feces, according to one complaint filed in Logan County Magistrate Court. The victim, who is now hospitalized, was raped at knifepoint, choked with a cable cord, and had her hair pulled and cut during the ordeal. Police, who have arrested six defendants for their roles in the abduction and attack, are looking for other suspects who may have lured the victim to Brewster's home. The arrestees are seen in the below mug shots. Britney To Open MTV Video Music Awards and Album Will Be Released Nov 13, 2007

It's been a long time since my girl, Britney graced the music charts. I am SUPER excited, Britney is Back and please excuse my obsession but my queen has arrived...LOL I am such a dork. :) When her last album, "In The Zone" came out in 2003, i bought 5 extra CDs to give away and i will do the same thing this year. Jive Records confirmed the full album will arrive November 13th.


OK! has learned that Britney Spears will be the opening act at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards on September 9 in Las Vegas.

After weeks of tense discussions between organizers and her management, Britney will get a shot at career redemption, despite doubt among fans and industry insiders as to whether the troubled star will be ready to perform up to the level of such memorable turns as her 2001 VMA duet with a 7-foot python. Even in light of her recent erratic behavior, the VMAs decided to roll the dice on Britney, believing that her performance of the new track "Gimme More" could be among the most highly anticipated show openers ever.

"It's 100 percent confirmed that she'll open the show," a well-placed source tells OK! "There have been lots of back-and-forth discussions about this performance and whether it would work. But everyone has decided to back her. It seems the right time to give her a chance to prove herself again musically. This is her big opportunity to prove she still has it.
